Music sales are down 10%

Music sales are down 10% in the first half of 2002, compared with the same period last year, according to a survey from the RIAA. ‘The study found that consumers who say they are downloading more say they are purchasing less music “by more than 2 to 1,” the RIAA said.’ (paid subscription req’d to access WSJ story)
